They just finished post-construction cleaning following a big reno. Great job. After seeing dust and debris everywhere for months I had forgotten how beautiful the home could be. Norbelly was so professional and helpful making important suggestions. I had 4 other quotes and they were half the price of all of them. The team was very friendly and passionate about what they do. First, and foremost I rarely write reviews. However, NG Solutions Cleaning services deserves this review. They have been cleaning my houses both past and present for two years. Honestly, I am not good about remembering to set appointments. As a new mom, and student I rarely have enough time in the day. EMILIO has been my saving grace. He answers the phone with a smile, offers great customer service, time savings, and value. He has even come to my home to ensure that I am satisfied with my service. If you need a great company to come clean your home and or office call them. Trust me it is more than worth it.

I’ve been a happy customer for more than 10 years and highly recommend them. I get standard cleanings on a regular basis and I’ve just finished renovating and the place was a mess. In no time, they put me back on the schedule and got me started with an excellent deep cleaning. Great job as usual and so fast! I love the NG team. My house is clean, with natural products and friendly, fast and reliable people.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of Ng’s cleaning services. We received a text when they were 20 minutes away . The precautions they observe with masks, gloves and shoe coverings plus the sanitization process as part of their cleaning are particularly appreciated. Surfaces, floors and countertops were thoroughly cleaned and beds made. The crew completed the cleaning within an efficient two hour-time frame. We included a request for a patio cleaning, which they took care of. Thank you.

Got referred to them by a relative and they responded right away, assisted in all my questions and was even able to get me on the schedule in such a short amount of time. My wife Gail and I have been a customer of NG Solutions Cleaning for almost 3 months now. We had a really bad dust problem in our townhouse and for the initial cleaning they sent a team of 4 people. They got rid of the dust and our townhouse was spotless in a little under 5 hours.
After the initial cleaning they come twice a month with a team of 3 people and they’re done in just a little over an hour. Every time they come they do some little thing that is surprising and unexpected.
Today for example, they emptied the small waste container for the paper shredder I’ve got next to my computer desk in the Den. The waste container is translucent black plastic – it’s hard to tell if there’s anything in it unless you pull it out. It’s no big thing but it’s nice to get that kind of service.
We are very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
